Prepared lung phantoms that simulate respiratory motion for radiotherapy dose verification. Work included 3D printing method evaluation, light-curing polymer preparation, and dose-verification use cases.
About Me
I recently completed my M.S. in Medical Physics at Duke University, where I was advised by Prof. Fang-Fang Yin. I am an incoming Ph.D. student in the Shanghai Jiao Tong University U-EIT program, advised by Prof. Jingxu (Jesse) Zhu and Prof. Donovan Chaffart.
My research bridges medical physics, photochemistry, particle and fluid systems, and AI-assisted molecular design. I am particularly interested in building experimentally grounded computational platforms for radiotherapy phantoms, tetrapyrrole photophysics, and molecular property prediction. I received my joint Bachelor's training in Materials Science and Engineering at the Southern University of Science and Technology and Yunnan University. During my undergraduate research at SUSTech, I worked in Prof. Yanqing Tian's group at the Organic Polymer Functional Materials Laboratory. I also previously worked with the Electronic Materials and Devices Group at YNU.

Developed ML workflows for molecular absorption spectra from SMILES, including RDKit and DFT conformer pipelines, DTW/RMSE evaluation, Bayesian HPO, KAN exploration, and molecular embeddings.
Designed BFC derivatives and ratiometric fluorescence probes, including TPU/PVP coaxial nanofiber construction and clinical feasibility exploration for Helicobacter pylori breath monitoring.
Fabricated visual sensing labels and evaluated photophysical and sensing properties for real-time shrimp freshness monitoring.
